Abacus and its partners are here to offer coverage worldwide. With our skilled technicians, dedicated 800 number, and preventative maintenance we provide you better service for less.

iSeries AS400 Maintenance Packages


Platinum (24/7 Onsite Coverage)

Abacus Platinum Package is offered nationwide to all major US cities. Abacus commitment level is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with 2 hour and 4 hour response time options. Service highlights include an initial consultation with your IT staff and equipment asset review. Often times a parts locker will be located on site to minimize downtime and give you instant parts availability.
An experienced technician will be assigned to your account, so you can become familiar with the same service technicians. In addition, your assigned service technician can be available for data center moves, consultations and other ad hoc service solutions needs at an additional hourly rate.
This package also comes with a service quality guarantee: if for some reason we are unable to repair your equipment effectively or within a reasonable amount of time, the original manufacturer will be called to you at no additional expense.

Gold (8/5 Onsite Coverage)

Abacus Gold Package is offered nationwide to all major US cities. Abacus commitment level is 8-5, 5 days a week, with a 4 hour and next business day response time option.
Service highlights include an initial consultation with your IT staff and equipment asset review. Often times a parts locker will be located on site to minimize downtime and instant parts availability.
An experienced technician will be assigned to your account, so you can become familiar with the same service technicians. In addition, your assigned service technician can be available for data center moves, consultations and other ad hoc service solutions needs for an additional hourly rate.

Silver (Phone Support/ Next Day Delivery)

Abacus Silver Package is offered anywhere in the United States and to all English speaking customers worldwide. Abacus commitment level is 8-5, 5 days a week, with a next business day response time option.
With the Silver iSeries maintenance plan, we provide a hardware failure reporting and management application to your system. The S.W. will notify Abacus of any potential errors and issues that allow for quick analysis so we can resolve the issue remotely at a low cost.
Hardware needs will be shipped out for delivery next business day at no additional charge.

Bronze (First Aid Kit w/ Phone Support Option)

Abacus Bronze Package is offered anywhere in the United States and to all English speaking customers worldwide.
Abacus Bronze Package allows you to be your own service provider. We sell you a one time first aid kit of potential problem hardware (memory, disk drives, RAID controllers, etc.) with instructions on how to install and apply to your system so you can be self sufficient.
If needed, at an additional charge, Abacus commitment level is 8-5, 5 days a week, with a next business day response time.
